TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

1. LOGIN

By filling out and sending the Registration – Binding application (i.e. the draft agreement on ensuring participation), the customer undertakes to ensure the participation of the registered person at the Petr Čech Football School (FŠPČ) in the event that he is selected by the organizer of the event, i.e. the Association for Sport and Fair Play, z. s. An integral part of the Binding application is the simultaneous acceptance of these conditions of participation, which you confirm by sending the application.

Acceptance of the application sent by you will be automatically confirmed by sending it to the e-mail address you provided.

By filling out and sending the registration form, the customer agrees that the Organizer authorized by him acquires visual and audio-visual material of the registered child for the purposes of promoting the event and for reporting purposes and gives explicit consent to the free use of such materials. If the customer does not agree to the publication of a specific photo, it will be immediately withdrawn upon his request or, if this is not possible, the photo will no longer be used for other purposes.

2. PAYMENT

The payment is done via invoice. Participation fee for Petr Čech Football Academy is 500 EUR incl. VAT. Further information about the payment will be given after the registration via email. Participation fee has to be paid before the start of the Petr Čech Football Academy 2023.

Any non-participation of already paid participation fee of admitted children is dealt with individually.

3. ORGANIZATIONAL MATTERS AND SAFETY REGULATIONS

The customer will receive detailed information about the schedule of the Petr Čech Football Academy no later than one week before the start of the Petr Čech Football Academy. Participants are obliged to respect the Rules of the Petr Čech Football Academy and follow the safety regulations stated therein, otherwise they may be excluded from the ongoing camp.

When joining the Petr Čech Football Academy, legal representatives are required to provide the consent and declaration below, which they confirm with their signature:

– CONSENT OF THE LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE WITH THE CONTENTS OF THE TERMS OF PARTICIPATION AND THE RULES OF THE PETR ČECH FOOTBALL ACADEMY (to be handed in during check-in to the camp)

– STATEMENT OF THE LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE ON THE FREEDOM OF INFECTION AND MEDICAL HEALTH CERTIFICATE OF THE PARTICIPANT (to be handed in during check-in to the camp)

The mentioned documents, including the Petr Čech Football Academy Order, will be sent to them via email in due time. The participation conditions and regulations can be downloaded from the skola.petr-cech.cz website in the About school section

In case of violation of the Rules of the FŠPČ and subsequent exclusion of the participant, the customer is not entitled to a refund.

4. PROGRAM CHANGES

The organizer reserves the right to make changes or additions to the Conditions of Participation at any time until the start of the Petr Čech Football Academy.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION

All information provided is confidential, will be used exclusively for the purpose of administrative processing by the Organizer and for marketing use within the Petr Čech Football Academy and other events of the organizer and will not be disclosed to third parties.

6. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The Organizer processes and protects personal data obtained within the framework of the legal relationship with the Customer – applicant and registered person, in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on personal data protection, as amended and the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679). Information on the method, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data of these entities and on their rights vis-à-vis the Organizer is available in the Information on the processing of personal data at www.sport-invest.cz/ochrana-udaju.

7. FINAL PROVISIONS

Rights and obligations are governed by the provisions of the Civil Code according to the Czech legal system. Any disputes are dealt with by the Czech courts.

The customer agrees to the participation conditions, undertakes to respect them and acknowledges that they are binding for both parties.
